All RKN Pro' hearts went about in the same rhythm, all hoping to make it up to the mark. The conference hall buzzed; finishing touches were being given to the posters; the plans were being chalked out, the final arrangements being made for the next day. It was indeed going to be a huge day in the history of RUIA, for it was going to celebrate its 75th birthday!
It was celebration time and ruiaites were all charged up for the big bash. ''SAMANVAY'' was here, bringing all the departments together with their respective festivals. For the next four days, Ruia would be flooded with knowledge and like a rainbow, SAMANVAY was just about to bring out all the varied and radiant colours of Ruia. The air carried with it a sense of joy and excitement.
The event meant a lot not just to all the ruiaites, but to all RKN Pro' because these were going to be the organization's baby steps. Everything had to be in place, the fate of our existence now rested upon SAMANVAY! Sleepless nights, hungry and growling stomachs, the seemingly endless tasks, the tedious journeys back home- everything just had to pay off. There was chaos all around but the excitement that it brought with itself was hard to resist. It looked like a giant wave had gripped us all, a wave of ambition and aspiration.
All we wanted now was to show the world through the medium of Ruia's RKN, the ocean of talent that Ruia had got and nothing better than an opportunity like SAMANVAY for it. The big day was finally almost here and accompanying it were the dreams many of us had seen...
